Publisher 2003 stopped opening Publisher files.

I have successfully used Publisher 2003 and suddenly it has stopped opening
Publisher files with error messages that it canoot open or cannot find the
files.

Have you installed the Office 2003 service packs?
What happens when you double-click the file in the Windows Explorer?
What is the exact error message?
