Publisher 2003

I currently have publisher 2000 at work and want to upgrade to Publisher
2003. My question is if I create a document in Publisher 2003 can other
staff persons open and review the document? Also, if they will have access
to it will it create any kind of formatting problems with other programs they
have?

If other staff persons have Publisher 2002 or 2003, they will be able to
open the files.

If they have Publisher 2000 or 98 and you save the files as that version,
they will be able to open the files, but there will be formatting loss.

If they have Adobe Reader (free, and ubiquitous), you can download and
install the free PrimoPDF from www.primopdf.com, and use that to create a
PDF file, which they will be able to open to read, view, and print, but not
edit.

If you save your publications as 2000 your co-workers should be able to open the
files. There is differences in formatting, WordArt for instance.
