Publisher 2007 failed to start

About 1 week I have format my harddisk then I install Office 2007 1st. then other software, yesterday I open Publisher 2007 . a warning said " PUBLISHER FAILES TO START CORRECTLY LAST TIME ............. and so on ?
I have also uninstall office 2007 then I re-install it, it's the same.
What is the problem?

Please help me
