publisher enlarge picture ?

I need to have the picture to come closer in order to see it better how do I
go about doing this. I don't want to widen or heighten the picture. I want
it to come closer so it is easier to see.

There is a zoom on the toolbar, or press F9 for a 100% look, or right-click the
publication and select the zoom level.
