Publisher for Millenium Edition

Does anyone know of it's possible to purchase Publisher for the Millenium
Edition Operating System? I really don't need a new computer, this one is
fine, but would like to run Publisher on it.

Thanks

Publisher 2003 requires Microsoft Windows® 2000 with Service Pack 3 (SP3),
Windows XP, or later This doesn't mean that you need a new computer, just a
more stable and secure operating system, i.e., Windows XP. You may be able
to purchase an older version of Publisher, just make certain that it is not
an OEM version as they are forever linked to the original system (computer).

The last version that will work on Win ME is Pub 2002. You may have trouble
finding a copy tho.

Have a peek on www.amazon.com for Publisher 2002.

Thanks everyone for responding. I'll look in Amazon.com and also in ebay
for the 2002 version. I may just have to bite the bullet and upgrade my
system -- but as stated previously, my current system is fine for my usage
and purpose, except for this one glitch. I'm not really hi-tech, just a
little old lady trying to create a newsletter with Publisher.

Thanks again.

It's going to be cheaper to buy Pub 2002 than it will to buy Win XP plus
Publisher 2003. You are also likely to find that something that once worked
on your system doesn't like XP and then you're be muttering words under your
breath that you can't (or shouldn't) print in that newsletter. ;-)
