Publisher for Win95 file

I was given a Win 95 Publisher 5.0 file that I cannot open with my Publisher
98. It will not recognize it to open and I am at a loss to know how.
What do I do?

If I remember right Publisher 95 was 3.0. Publisher 98 is version 5.0. You may have
been given a newer file... If you think Publisher 98 should open the publication and
you have Norton antivirus, disable "script blocking" and try opening it again.

If that fails send the file to me and I will convert it to Publisher 98 for you.
