Publisher have error when I change my file to PDF?

I had used the official plug-in for my Office 2007 to change file to PDF
format.But when I want to change my designed book (32 pages) to PDF format.
Publisher just said "Publisher cannot finish this process." after the process
just started a moment.
Can anyone help me?

I cannot create a pdf using Acrobat Professional v. 9.0, either. Never used
to have this problem, so I'm forced to conclude either Microsoft or Adobe has
created some sort of problems with a program update. Nothing new there, huh?
It would be nice if these people could update their programs to SOLVE
problems, rather than creating new ones, for the average user.
