Publisher:- Measure a line within a publisher window

The job I have in hand is to create a template to print a sheet that I can
cut out to insert a name and notes into a slim CD case. I wish to measure,
exactly, the lines to cut on. This would allow the paper to fit correctly
into the case after being printed on. When I move the rulers in publisher I
can't bring the ZERO line away from the corner of the page. To overcome this
I have to move the templateto the corner of the page to measure the line from
zero. I do not wish to use mathematics to work out length of the line.

Try the following steps.

Right click the line and go to...Format / Size tab...
enter the measurement you require / OK.
