I have a book I bought (online) about this. Using Word to set up a book.
I was mainly interested in learning about making book covers, there's little
or no info I could find about this, and the book I bought had info (about
doing it in Word, but I later figured it out in Publisher, myself)

It's a small paperback ("set up in Word and self published") and I
don't remember it being expensive. There's no price on it.
I read it through, but since I don't have a book to set up (maybe
someday...) haven't actually tried it.
