So long as you have Adobe (or similar third party application). Normally you
would *print* to a printer driver, such as Adobe's Distiller. Or you can
print to a PS (postscript) printer and distill the file with Adobe's
Distiller.
But alone, no, Publisher cannot export to an Adobe format.
