Publisher to PDF pages in wrong order

I am using the Beta Publisher. I have been sent the Parish Magazine as a .pub
file. I wish to put it on the Parish web-site as a PDF file since most people
won't have Publisher but do have Acrobat Reader. I have converted it to a
..pdf file, but it comes up with page 24 opposite page 1 etc (presumably
because that is how printer wish for it) So I then followed the Help advice
and changed it to single-page Master and layout, but it still comes out the
same in the .pdf file. I would like one page at a time in the .pdf file, and
the pages in the correct numerical order?

I've setup a custom setting in Acrobat for this.

Page setup, Printer setup, select PDF, PDF properties, Adobe PDF Settings tab,
highlight Change the Default settings, click the Edit button, when the settings
dialogue opens, type 5.5 x 8.5 in the default settings, save as a unique name.
Highlight Adobe PDF Page Size, click edit. Type 5.5 x 8.5, type a unique name,
click Add/Modify.
When you return to Publisher's page layout, click portrait.

Thank you Mary. I will try that when I get back to it (I spent so much time
on it , I have to do the otehr things I should be doing!). Meanwhile I have
found a way to get a page by page .pdf document, but the pages are HUGE! (see
http://www.rockfielddingestow.co.uk/magazinefiles/magazine.pdf) What I did
was (in Publisher) go to Edit/Page Setup/Advanced/Single Page and that
changed the booklet form to the single sheet.

The URL doesn't work...
I know what you mean about being huge. I tried to print one page at a time on
standard paper.

I didn't realize you were in the UK, you will have to adjust the measurements I
gave you for an A5 size.

did you try just outputting one page at a time to the pdf driver? leave
printer settings alone.

you may get prompted ...do you want to print as a separate booklet...yes.

your link doesnt work...so im just guessing at this problem.
