A Bormet

I created a publisher address list for envelopes. I then
exported it to microsoft access to make a different kind
of list with the same information. I did not know that
by deleting some of the catogories that it would delete
in publisher. Is there any way to get that information
back??? Thank you for your help.

You did not export the data to Microsoft Access, you merely opened the
database that Publisher uses to store its data in Microsoft Access.
Changing the data there affected it in Publisher, as it's the same data
file.
There is no way to recover your data, save contacting a Data Recovery
Specialist (slightly expensive)
