Any idea on how to eliminate the 1/2 inch + space at the bottom of EVERY
publisher doc I've ever created? I've tried eliminating the footer by using
Master Design. No go.

This is the limitation of your printer. If it is a inkjet you will have about .55
margin at the bottom that will not print. Open WordPad, page setup, input zero into
the margin settings, WordPad will default to your printer limitations.
