I have a user that's running xp pro and outlook 2002. When I configure his
outlook for our exchange 5.5 server, he gets question marks on the outlook
title bar where his name should be and in the outlook bar where inbox, sent
items, etc. should be. I login to the PC and configure outlook for me and
everything is normal. So I deleted this user's profile under
documents&settings folder, had the user login creating a new profile,
configured outlook and he gets the same question marks. Any body have any
clues as to what is going on? TIA
