Quoting part of text?

Ive been using TheBat by ritlabs for some time now. Just started usin
outlook 2003. In TheBat I can highlight text in a email I received an
quote just that text in my reply then just type my response underneat
it.
Is there a way to do this in outlook 2003

Of course. Just select and copy the text you wish to quote, click Reply,
and paste the text into the reply. Add a character to the front of each
line (like ">") and add your text below the pasted text.

You can also tell OL to include the entire message in the reply and then use
select and cut to remove the irrelevent parts. You can also download
Outlook-Quotefix to make this a little neater.
