I need assistance with re-accessing a database that has no current members.
My corp It switched my laptop w/o creating a back-up of Groove workspaces.
I retained the 'old' laptop w/ teh database on the hard drive.
However, it was several months before I attempted to re-enter the groove
program on the old laptop to create a back-up.
the password is not being accepted and teh corp server that would have
re-issued a password sees teh account as inactive.
My It tells me there is no way to re-access this data!
I can't believe this is correct.
Can you please advise how a database can be re-accessed. I still have my
original Key#, however I was issued a new key for teh new laptop.
