re; authentication/ signin password

I have a web page that I have been working on for the
past several months. Recently I have been unable to sign
on to my page to update and publish. I am told that the
authentication code is wrong with no option to try and
correct it.

I guess my question is, if I need to start over, what
steps to I need to take to sign on and get to my web page
in order to update it and publish.

I appreciate any suggestions.
