READ ONLY IN FILE

Have a user on a network wherever she loggs in every file
opened through Outlook come up as read only. The files are
read as normal when opening without outlook. But when
opened in Outlook they are read only.

This is only with this one user. Noone else is having this
problem.. Can you please help me.
