Reassigning plan owership

How to I reassign ownership of a plan from one PM to
another? I am currently loading plans from MS Project
2000 to 2003 Server EPM, but have defined myself as the
owner. I need to be able to reassign these plans to PMs.

Any ideas?

You may get a more accurate answer in the Project Server group, but my
understanding is that you get the new project manager to re-publish the
project and all assignments. In the assignment publish there is a notify
resources with email option that can be turned off to avoid re-sending
emails.
