Recurring task calendars

What is the difference between keeping the default setting for recurring task
calendar and setting it to None?

The Microsoft Help gives the following:
By default, tasks are scheduled based on the working time of the project
calendar and of resources assigned by their working times. If the option is
set to None, then the task is scheduled based on the project calendar and on
the calendars of any assigned resources.

They seem to be the same to me. Can anyone add any light to this - want to
understand!

I am using Project 2003

When you specify aProject Calendar (click Project - Project Information),
the calendar you select governs the initial task schedule of every task in
the project, including any Recurring Tasks you create. This means that if
you have a holiday on your Project Calendar on a Monday, and a Recurring
Task will fall on a Monday, the system asks you if you want to reschedule
the occurence to the next available day when you create the Recurring Task.
When you assign resources to a task, then the Resource Calendar for each
assigned resource governs the schedule of the task. This includes Recurring
Tasks as well. If you specify a Task Calendar on any task, and select the
"Scheduling ignores resource calendars" option, then the Task Calendar
overrides both the Project Calendar and the Resource Calendars of resources
assigned to the task. Thus, you can think of a Task Calendar as an OVERRIDE
calendar that controls the final schedule of the task. This is the same
with setting a Task Calendar for a Recurring Task. Hope this helps.
