Go to a bookstore and get a book for you're version of FrontPage.
Look for one written by either Jim Buyens or Jim Cheshire.

If you want to learn to script try these websites out for starters ...

The best book ever printed for ASP was "Beginning Active Server Pages
2.0" by WROX which can still be purchased via Amazon. The ASP 3.0
version has a lot of fans too but the ASP 2.0 book was written and organized
much better. The changes between ASP 3.0 and ASP 2.0 were minimal and
can be learned via the website references I provided as well as many
other websites. Get the ASP 2.0 book I recommend and you will be in
good company.

WROX also publishes JavaScript books and programmer's reference books.
Bottom line, for neophytes as well as adept professionals the WROX books
have the reputation as amongst the best the industry has ever produced .
Wiley has recently acquired half of the WROX series and APress the other
half
but what you are looking for are the older titles and the programmer's
references
as they remain the classics.

I also suggest you ask more questions outside of this newsgroup to verify my
advice...
