Remote user input % Work Complete

Hi - It's stupid question time again!
Without resorting to email and a status request can we
give the team members the capability to pull up a form
select a task and report % work complete to date? And then
submit that to the project? We are planning on deploying
Project 2002 Standard to the team members or just get
additional CALS to use Project web access from a Project
Server!

Brad,

If you are using Project Server 2002 with Web Access, every resource
(remote or otherwise) can log onto the Web Access (after installing a
couple components) and view their own timesheet, input actual time,
and submit their timesheet for approval. The PM then just has to
review and either accept or reject the updates and Project takes care
of incorporating the accepted new info into the plan.
