REMOVAL OF TOOL BARS

I NEED HELP ON HOW TO REMOVE "Hot" tool bars from outlook
express.. This bar was downloaded to add emoticons and was
downloaded by mistake.


please advise

Go to Control Panels and choose Add/Remove programs. You should be able to
uninstall it there. It might be called MyWebSearch, HotBar, or one of
several other names.
