Removing a form/database from a website or editing it?

I recently created a website in which I used the database interfacce
wizard in Frontpage to create a form a conjoined database in which to
store the information. When I set it up, I included a login to protect
the database. Well unfortunately I protected the form as well,
resulting in the need for a person to login to complete the form. Not
exactly what I had in mind.

Is there a way to alter it so that the form can be accessed outside the
login protection, but have the database remain protected.

If not, what is the best way to remove the entire form/database, taking
into account that I have already published the site.

Thanks,
Motts

How did you set up the login?
