removing messages from this forum

is it posible to remove messages from this forum once
they have been posted? I have posted one with my real e-
mail address (naively !), and am already getting loads of
spam

No you can't remove the posting; and in any case, your email address is now
out there known to the spammers. You can't put the toothpaste back in the
tube. Dump the address and get a new one.
