Reorganize the bar order

I'm trying to reorganize the bar: showing only a few selected bars and
organize the order of the bars.
No matter what I do, it keeps returning to the default mode.

First of all, it isn't clear exactly what you are trying to do. You talk
about reorganizing the bar. Which bar, there are normally several bar
styles in a Gantt Chart view. Then you talk about only showing a few
selected bars. That makes me think you just need to apply an appropriate
filter. Finally, you mention ordering the bars. Are you looking to sort?
