I have a user who has changed computers but the mail is maintained on an
exchange server. She has also upgraded from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007.
When she replies to a message or forwards a message the icon to the left of
the message does not indicate a reply has been sent. I've looked at all her
settings and they are the same as all other users but she is the only one
having this anomily.
Any insights? I have search the Microsoft and other web sites and not found
a viable solution. I appreciate all insights and suggestions. Thank you.
