Reply/Foward issue in the Inbox

My user has an issue that when she replies to or fowards an email in
outlook 2000 it does not show up in her inbox. They email is still there,
but there is no icon showing that it was fowarded or responded to. The open
envelope is there, but there are no arrows. Is there an option that I can
check to turn this back on? Thanks

Roady,

It is an exchange account. They have multiple mailboxes in outlook and only
1 mailbox is having issues. Thanks for any help.

Is that mailbox using a modified form?
Is this for everyone accessing that mailbox?

No, is is a standard inbox form. The mailbox having the issue is her
mailbox, so she is the only one having problem with it. The shared mailboxes
are fine.
