Report that shows the remaining/available time each resource have

Y

Yahya

I would like to create a report that shows the number of unscheduled hours,
or available time, from today to the end of the project for each resource.

It does not have to be a report, even if I can get the info somehow for each
resource that will be fine.

Thanks for you help.

View Resource Graph.
On the graph area for a resource, right click.
Select "Remaining Availability" to get a graph of what you wanted.

Hello Yahya,

In addition to Jim's comments, if you are looking for a text/number
based representation rather than a graphic, the Resource Usage view may
help. Show the Resource Usage view and add "Remaining Availability" to
the timescaled (right side) of the view through Format > Detail Styles.
You can then collapse the assignments for each resource and have one row
per resource that shows the number of "available" hours per time period.
You can zoom the view in or out as best suits your needs. The view may
also be easily printed.

To control the date range that is printed, change the timescale in the
Print dialog box.

The Resource Usage report (View> Reports > Workload) with modification
can also show the same information as I describe in the above paragraph.
You'll need to edit the report (Click the edit button) and show
Remaining Availablility instead of work. The look of the report is
determined by how the Resource Usage view looks, so again, collapsing
the assignments up may help.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
