Reporting task

Steven

I previously had a vb / macro that created the following for me.
I want to be able to run a macro which asks for start and finish date and
creates a report which has the first resource on the project, highlights the
tasks they are involved in over the timeline I set and either saves this in a
separate plan or saves in html format so that I can email to the resource

Filter the Resource Usage View to show only the one resource.
In Project2003 use Save As HTML. Mail the HTML to the resource.
You can create a custom filter to specify the date range and even the
resource if desired.

Alternative would be to print the filtered view as a PDF file.
