Required Field In Form

I want to create a form that requires the person filling
out the form to leave an email address before submitting.
I tried going to validate on the email text box that I
created but it seems that I can really only set a minimum
number of characters. Not require an email address. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

There is no "email" validator in FP forms
- all you can validate is that they entered data
(w/ some minimum length, and say and @ and . )

The most you can do is required that they enter a syntactically correct email address. See the J-Bots Form Component Validate Email
