Required in Custom Resource Fields is messing up AD sync

HI, I am getting the following error-"A resource could not be updated during
Project Server Active Directory Synchronization. Error.
CustomFieldRequiredValueNotProvided" what is the cause of this and what is
the work around? I need to be able to have "Required" values in my Resource
Custom Fields...

Do all of your resources have values in those required fields? If you added
the field after the resource was created it may not have the required value.
Check your resources and see what you find. Set values for those which are
blank.
