I had to format my system the other day and I have done this in the past.
In the past, when I went to my email afterward, all of my emails (many) from
the past came to me once again and that is fine and it is what I expected
because I have my settings to "Leave a copy on the server". The problem I
have right now is that this time not only did that NOT happen and I only got
my current mail, but more importantly the FOLDERS in my outlook express are
gone. The default folders are still there but I had about 10 other folders
and they are gone.
In my Hotmail account you can "right click" on the account and "reset
list" is available and works perfectly to reset your list of folders. This
however is not hightlighted when you right click on the OUTLOOK account.
Can anyone help me to recover my folders in outlook???
