Resource Assignment not visible in their Tasks (PWA)

I created a project and added myself and another resource to thw project and
assigned us to a task. All assignments show up in my tasks and none show up
for the other resource. When I import the tasks to Outlook, I get both our
tasks. How do I get the other resource's tasks to stay with that person and
not me.

I'm new to the product so I may need to set up something different.
