Resource Histogram

I'm trying to get a resource histogram generated from Microsoft Project.
What I want to show is the amount of resources that are being used per time
period (ie. weeks, days, etc).

I can sort of get this from the Resource Graph view, but teh format is
terrible. Is there another way to do this. The "Export Timescaled data in
Excel" facility can't really do this.
