Resource Graphics

I want to produce a report that has the "Resource Graph" (Resource %
Utilization by week -- one page per resource) for a given time period
(Perhaps a two-month lookahead....) I need to do this on demand. I'm willing
to export to Excel if need be, or use Access (I'm pretty good at Access.)
Surely this is a routine request. How do I do it? [I run both Project 2003
and Project 2007 standalone versions on two different computers.)

Ideas?

PS. I bought Rod's vba book. Chalk up another sale!

HI Jim,

Have you looked at the Resource Graph view in Project?

Other options:

In Project 2003, you could export information to Excel by using the
Analyze Timescaled Data in Excel button from the Resource Usage
view. You'd need to create the graph in Excel

I don't have Project 2007 running at this moment, but I believe
there is a resource utilization report in Reports > Visual Reports.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
