Resource not in 'look up' filed in Issues and Risks (PWA)

In our PWA we have resource names in the drop down menu to assign issues and
risks to. There are a few resource name that do not show up in this drop
down. The resource is a PM in the system.
I have verified that the resource is:
1. in the enterprise resource pool
2. a registered user of PWA

Where do I go to add a resource to the drop down menu?

Are the few resources names that don't show set up with Project Server
Authentication? You probably have to set them up with Windows
Authentication to get them to show up in the list. jb.

Thanks, all the users I don't see in the 'drop down' field are set to Project
Server Authentication. I reset them to Windows Authentication.

Now my question is, once reset the users to PS Authentication, how do I get
the system to update and show the "new" users?
