Resource Pool / export

Hi, I need some help and advice please..

I have designed a resource pool in MS project purely to monitor staff movement interns of the amount of days / percentages allocated to daily tasks and projects

We have over 70 resources, and almost 100 tasks so far and I have been steadily inputting time against each resource.

My problem is I would like to upload all this data into a spreadsheet as I feel the information would be better displayed in a spreadsheet. Can you help!!!
I really hope this makes sense, your advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you have all your data in one table you can export it into an excel spreadsheet using the Save As option, and using an export table. How exactly is your data maintained within project?
