Resource Pool issues

hi,
im having two problems with my resource pools. ive created an enterprise
resource pool and saved it on Project Server. Me (admin) and all the other
users who have access to the resources can see this info on PWA.

1 when a PM opens a project in MS Project Proff 2003 he
cannot see a drop down list of all the resources in the Resource Names column.

2. i have setup RBS codes such that only The TOP EXECUTIVES of the company
can see everything and each division has a GM that can see all the projects
from that particular division. now when an executive of a certain division
wants to assign a to-do list through PWA, he is able to see ALL THE USERS. i
do not understand this since i have setup the RBS value for each of the users
in the resource pool.

please help.

Hi,

1. The resources shown in the Resource Names column drop down list are those
who are in the project team. To create or modify a project team go to Tools >
Build team from Enterprise. The resource list on the right will show
resources that user is allowed to see (that depends on the category
configuration done on Server)

2. I've done tests and it seems that persissions for resources list access
for projects are different than for task lists. I'll llok deeper and if I
found new info, I'll get back to you.
