Resource pool with weighted resources?

I will start a resource pool for our planned projects to keep track of what
possible resources we will need in the future. Is there a possibility in
Project 2000 to estimate the project we will run and set a possibility
wighted procent if it will start a certain date?

For instance, if we have 10 offer out for sale and I plan each of the offers
in project 2000 (not server) together with a resource pool, can I put a
possibility (in %) that we will get the offer and then if the possibility is
100% get the resource for 100% and if the possibility is 10% get the
resoource for 10%? We will do this to have a view of what resourtces we may
need next month and so to se where we need to locate extra resources.

ulrikaberg,
It sounds like what you are looking for is some type of automated
resource assignment function. Project does not have that functionality,
in any version. It may be possible to develop a VBA procedure to
allocate resources based on data in a spare field, but the effort to
develop that code would probably be more difficult than having the
project manager use the good old human brain to assign the resources.
