Resource productivity

Please advise on how can I set up a resource in such a way as to reflect
his/her productivity.
Fex: Duration of the task is set to 3 days, but when entry-level person
assigned it will take him 5 days to complete.

Hello,
MS Project doesn't manage resource productivity, but you can do that with a
VBA procedure.
