I'm using Project 2003. So, I have a project plan
that was created at the start of a project months ago.
I've been asked to adjust the dates on the plan to
account for reality. I'm having a couple of issues
dealing with the best way to do this.
First I have Task B which is has a predecessor
of A. A ended 2 weeks late. If I adjust the
Finish date of A to reflect reality, B's start date
doesn't change.
Next question I have is I have two resources
assigned to Task C. I set task C to start
ASAP (when it's predecessor is complete).
Problem I'm having here is that Task C won't
start until BOTH resources I've assigned
to it become available (testers). I'd like
it to start as soon as the first resource
becomes available and the second one can
jump in when he's done with the conflicting
task. I'm not sure how to set this. Thanks!!!
