I have a project that is on a 24 hr calendar. The tasks are broken down into
hours with a project total of 8 days. Most of my resources are rental items
that are charged per day. The problem is that the total cost for the rental
items are off from actual costs due to them being split up hourly by project.
Example
Lift boat cost $10,000/ day x 8days should be $80,000
But since the lift boat is broke down hourly by project the total is
$79,684.86
Is their a way to have it charge only $10,000 per day regardless how the
task is broken down?
