Resource Usage - 100 % completed task

Hello All,

I have a question that contains two parts:

1) In a resource usage view, is it possible that we can have a filter that
we do not see all the tasks of a resource that are already completed,

2) In case we already have applied the filter of Overallocated resources in
a resource usage view, now can we have view that will not completed tasks of
the resource.

Insert the column "Actual Finish"
Auto Filter On*
Filter for "NA"

This answers both questions

Thanks Jan for your reply, but we would like to have a filter on the resource
name in the resource pool using Filters (from Project menu) and when I insert
the one more criteria of Actual Finish in that, so it will show the Resource
(as per criteria) but does not show any assignments(tasks) of the resource.

If we use AutoFilter then, by applying filter on Resource name, and then on
Actual Finish returns Resource name only and when we click expand button to
have a list of tasks of that resource it shows all the tasks; the ones that
are completed.

Hi,

You're right, filtering on a resource name exclused viewing the assignments
(because the assignments do not have the resource name as a field)
I solved it like this.
I inserted a text field, say Text1
For both resource lines and assignment lines I put in the resource name
Now you can autofilter on Actual Finish and on Text1
