Resource Usage View that shows Gantt bars for each activity

Hi,

In the Resource Usage view, Is there a way of showing the Gantt Bars
for each task that each Resource is working on. I'll try to
demonstrate:

Resource1
xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxxxxx
Resource2 xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx

where 'xxxxx' is a particular task Even better if I can get the name
of
the task in the bar.

The Resource usage view displays numeric, not graphical, data in the right
pane.
The same is true for the Task Usage view.

If you want solid bars, two solutions... print the Resource Usage view and
then get out your marking pen to color in any box with a number in it.
Really tacky, but it works. We use the Resource Usage view with the numbers
all the time; you just have to adjust your eyes to allow the numbers to be
"bars". Shifting the timescale to monthes helps.

Second, if you have only one resource per task your could use a custom
grouping, filter, or sort on the Gantt view. Then, your right pane would be
bars. Too many restrictions on that solution for me - the custom grouping
gets complicated.
