Retrieving Contacts data from truncated pst

I truncated and repaired my Outlook 2000 pst file because it failed to open
when the file got too large (2.1 GB). My Outlook is now functioning again
(after truncating it down it 1.6GB!) with a new personal folder, so now I
would like to import my old Contacts data so I don't have to rebuild it. How
do I go about doing this?
