RGB Mode Test in Design Checker

I've tried checking the RGB mode test under Design Checker. It does not flag
a problem with the publication whether I turn RGB mode on under Tool...Color
Printing or not. Please tell me a way that I could use Design Checker to
indicate that the publication is set to print CMYK/Process Colors and NOT in
RGB mode.
