Right edge of legal size publication cuts off

Does anyone know why (and how to fix)a legal sized
publication that looks perfect on the screen and in print
preview is losing about 1 inch of text on the right side?

Use the ZOOM button in Print Preview to make it fit on the screen.

That is why the Zoom button is there.

Your printer driver is probably misreporting the margins.
