I had a copy of my customers mailing list sent to me by a 3rd party. Given
that the information was confidential they sent it rights protected.
I was changing email addresses and forwarded the .xls of my customers to my
new address, thinking nothing more of it. Unfortunately, once my email
address changed, I no longer seem to be able to access the rights protected
list of my own customers.
Given that my new email address doesn't have proper permissions to the file,
I cannot open.
Is there a way around this?
