RUN MODE HELP!!!

I have written a survey document on Word and have
inserted many Option Buttons that allow users to select
answers from the survey.

The problem I have is that each time I open the document
the Option Buttons are in Design Mode and not Run Mode as
I need them to be.

Since I will be sending this survey to many different
people, I need to document to open in Run Mode not design
mode.

Help!
